Online marketing is present in almost every place of internet nowadays and significant part of it is driven by just one tool - Google AdWords - the tool that covers not only advertisement in Google Search but also YouTube and numerous partner websites. The tool is very powerful - is allows to perfectly target marketing campaigns and direct them to people who may be interested in the product or service, both because they actively look for it or their online activity is recognized as leading to such purchase.
Unfortunately, being very powerful, the tool is also complex and sometimes people who don't have experience in using it may get confused with various options and ways of using it. So here is the role of Customer Services Specialist - an expert in both technical side of the tool but also in creative ways of using it. After a month of training such specialist is able to provide high quality support for the client in all areas related to the tool - from simple cases of troubles with access or user creation to complicated issues with options of campaign being misused and in need for correction.
Customer Service Specialist is available via phone, chat or email (working with only one channel at the time and switching channels during the day not to get bored) and waiting for clients to contact support team with their problems. There is no outbound contact realized for this role and also no additional activities like cross-selling or similar.

Must have fluent Hebrew, good English language skills, ability to legally work in Germany and being resident in Berlin That's all!
Typically there are 5 steps:
1. call from recruitment company consultant to discuss the offer and answer basic questions
2. call from hiring company recruiter to schedule interview
3. online language test (not applicable if you're native speaker)
4. video-conference interview with recruiter and your future manager
5. receiving the offer!

For pandemic time all work is done remotely from home.
Normally, office is organized as open space, so cooperation is easy within the team. If you need some privacy you may use several small rooms and larger conference rooms. There are also several leisure areas and fully equipped kitchens.
