So here is the role of Customer Services Specialist - an expert in both technical side of the tool but also in creative ways of using it. After a month of training such specialist is able to provide high quality support for the client in all areas related to the tool - from simple cases of troubles with access or user creation to complicated issues with options of campaign being misused and in need for correction.
Customer Service Specialist is available via phone, chat or email (working with only one channel at the time and switching channels during the day not to get bored) and waiting for clients to contact support team with their problems. There is no outbound contact realized for this role and also no additional activities like cross-selling or similar.
