Oversees HR administration and payroll matters as focal point of verification, explanations and escalations
Prepares and analyses HR metrics for senior management, operational teams and client
Work with management and internal teams on people related initiatives and change programmes
Proactively manages people related matters for teams of assigned business line

Fluent Polish+English,
experience in HR area and understanding of Polish labour law and HR administration best practices,
