IT Helpdesk Agent, means who?
Works over phone or online, uses business IT tools to manage assigned tasks
Works in direct contact with people who experience issues with software (inbound contacts only)
Communicates in Slovenian and English everyday, working in international environment
Is trained to solve various technical issues with software or direct complicated cases to other specialised units

Requirements
Fluent Slovenian (min. B2) +communicative English and being able to legally work in Poland That's all! No experience is needed as you will go through extensive training before starting actual work
Money Matters!
You will get ca. 5400 PLN net payout,
more than the average salary in Poland.
Here is some perspective on your spendings:
